Integrate solr-mcp into the Solr Ref Guide

The Solr Ref Guide is where we direct folks to learn about Solr. https://solr.apache.org/guide/solr/latest/index.html.

We should integrate solr-mcp into the ref Guide. Maybe a Tutorial? Maybe a similar page to https://solr.apache.org/guide/solr/latest/getting-started/solr-admin-ui.html? I can imagine that solr-mcp enables a new very common pattern for interacting with Solr.

Once we have published the docker images on release to the Github MCP Registry and Docker MCP Hub, we can put together this page with instructions and screenshots.
