Tests via examples

Use response examples to build "mocked" responses for use in tests. While implementing this I'll have to figure out what to do about args. Some set of standard args (by type) that I encourage users to search for and set more specifically?

This version doesn't have to be perfect. Validate what I'm already doing. Consider something like a skip_if_not_exported() or skip_if_internal() test helper function that uses getNamespaceExports(pkg) to see if the function being tested is exported. Take the name of the function as an argument, rather than trying to figure it out.

Use testthat::testing_package() to determine the name of the package that's being tested.
