Test packages

Officially log packages that I'm using as test cases. These aren't official, but they're things I've played with. Formalize this:

• {slackapi}
• {apisguru}
• {fecapi}
• {zoomer}
• {youtubeR} (but consider starting from scratch; "yt" has potential)
• {rli} (no OpenAPI spec, currently only an idea)

The APIs I use all the time are Zoom, YouTube, and Slack. Those should probably be the core test cases.

(strongly) consider adding google calendar to the list. There's an OpenAPI Spec, and technically there's an existing package, but that package is largely abandoned. Potential complication: I should probably use gargle. Does it play nice with the rest of the structure?
