Integrate LLAMA examples from ACAT22

As we have discussed a while back, I want to merge the examples I have developed for the LLAMA/AdePT talk/paper for ACAT22. I have been suggested to create a new example. However, I will need to merge 4 different versions, corresponding to the branches here:

They are all derived from Example19. They contain the benchmark baseline, LLAMA version, LLAMA double buffer version, and the adapted LLAMA version for tracing. What would you suggest?

• Create 4 new examples named Example19_something
• Create 4 new examples named Example21, Example22 etc. and link them all in their READMEs?
• Create a subfolder?
• ...
