When a user saves the data, a OTP window comes up and asks for the OTP though there is some error in the grade form. So, user can't see the errors, and when the user submits the OTP, the system shows two error-->"Wrong password inserted" and "Internal server error". The issue was found, when the send to preparer button was clicked, at that time, before showing the OTP, the errors were shown in yellow color. So save button needs to show errors in the grade sheet before showing up the OTP form.
