Combine file and image into .png that appears to be the image? #2

It would be tremendously useful if the encrypted data could be merged into an existing image, so that the resulting .png appears to be an innocuous picture rather than a random static. Is this already possible? It's unclear to me if the tool does this, reading the GitHub description.
UPDATE: Rereading the description, I assume that this is what is meant by "Steganographic modes (make the output image look more “natural”)." In that case, I guess I'm asking the status of this feature.
