node_wifi_station_noise missing in babel-only build

Describe the bug

Prometheus export 'node_wifi_station_noise' not included in nightly babel-only build. We use this to chart and monitor the noise floor of our RF stations. I don't see a substitute in the Prometheus export. Running babel-20251128-d51a037

Expected behavior

Noise floor to be included as a prometheus metric.
