Hey,

I am Aadhavan, Graduate student from UC Davis. I work in the Kol lab. We are currently working on Feline infectious peritonitis (FIPv). We came across your open source software to design probes for detection of Sub Genomic Viral RNA. I am not sure how to use the software to design the probes. It would be helpful if you could update a read me (manual). Looking forward for an update.
