[BUG] Outfit rules do not seem to work with ItemRack

Describe the bug
It seems like the outfit rules do not work with the current version of ItemRack at all. No item which is part of any ItemRack set is affected by any ArkInventory rule.

To Reproduce
I've created a new profile Foobar and a category set Foobar, then chose that category set in the Controls section of the profile for bag style, layout and category set.
Then I've added a new rule which just contains outfit("PvE") and enabled it for the aforementioned category set.
In the bag configuration, I've activated that rule for bag 3.

It does not sort any of the items into bag 3 which are part of the ItemRack "PvE" outfit.

I've done some more testing. Using GearQuipper for TBC Anniversary, the outfit rules do work!

At the moment, there are several versions of ItemRack for TBC Anniversary available via CurseForge. I've tested the first three (most downloaded) and all have the same issue.

make sure curse is giving you an actual updated for tbc anniversary version, and not just the really old version that was built back when that tbc was active.

Managed to get it working in TBC Anniversary using ArkInventory v3.12.09 and ItemRack Anniversary v4.29.3.

Two minor edits are needed to ArkInventoryRules.lua in the ArkInventoryRules addon folder (not the primary ArkInventory addon folder).

Change line 1045 from:
local h_rule = ArkInventoryRules.Object.info.osd.h
to:
local h_rule = ArkInventoryRules.Object.info.osd.h_rule

Then line 1066 from:
local h_rule2 = osd.h
to:
local h_rule2 = osd.h_rule
