Describe the bug
When opening the inventory and/or the bank for the first time during a game session, they will open near the center of the screen. They can be moved and will open in those positions if closed and reopened. Upon log out and log in for a new session, the windows once again open in the center and do not retain the positions they were previously moved to.
To Reproduce
Log in and go to a bank. Open your bags, note the position. Open the bank, note the position. move either or both windows to another position. Log out and leave the game. Log back in and open your bags and/or bank. Note the positions are now back to near center, rather than where you last placed them.

Additional context
I was unable to find any discussion or bug report for this issue. Could be user error, but I also cannot find a setting that defines the x/y location on the screen.
