Improve overall architecture & semantics

- Naming and case consistency for classes, files and interfaces (not exhaustive)
- Event Logger architecture and injection to each capability. Also improve, tagging system to ensure the capability is captured well.
- Move Time out of Connectivity class (although I had added it because it was calling NTP)
