Problems with UI scale property

First - thanks for adding the UI scale ratio! I use this on Linux, Debian 13 with different display resolutions.
I briefly tested the new setting and their effect and unfortunately see some early questions/problems:

• The scale setting works (for me) only when using the uber jar distribution. When I use the app in the .deb-Package (which I manually unpack and install) the setting has no effect even when the message on start says "... UI scale: 2.0 (source=preferences),
• There seems to be no way to delete the scale ratio setting. Once set, a return to the Auto-Mode seems to not exist. I would propose to add an "Auto" to the selection box.

Hi @h8ghbzc9bbr8c7 , this is the interesting issue, and not only relevant to set property anymore. I made a fix, also allow the option to reset the value.

I tried the pre-release in different setups and scenarios and it works IMHO very good:

• Explicitely setting the scale works as expected and is really helpful
• The "auto-detect" works in most cases as expected is also really helpful
• There are corner-cases where the auto-detect does not (and cannot) work

The corner cases are

• Multi-Display setup where the displays have different resolutions (the files below /sys/class/drm then have more than one "modes"-Entry)
• When the user decides to manually change the resolution of his display away from the max. resolution to a lower resolution (the files below /sys/class/drm show the resolutions which the attached display support, not the currently selected resolution)

IMHO these corner cases do not justify a even more complicated "auto scale" mechanism - the user can always override the "auto-selected" mode by explicitely setting the scale.
