The problem is that we dont want to have additional data for a library to move around with it.
In the end everything will depend on the application , therefore there is no point.
Still, for usefull default - relatively small - data (like name, icons, cursor, etc.), we should embed them in the source code.
We will use the RWOps structure for that...
