Hi, Attached you can find all three Technical Notes from the study: mendrok12_esa_planets_tn1.pdf Happy reading! 🙂 Out of curiosity, what is the scope of your Mars project? |

Thank you for sharing these technical notes! My project focuses on radiative transfer simulations for the Martian atmosphere, particularly in the microwave and submillimeter range. Looking forward to going through the documents! |

Hello everyone,
I hope you are well.
I am currently working on radiative transfer simulations using ARTS for the Martian atmosphere, specifically utilizing the ARTS-XML-DATA MPS directory of Mars characterization data (which includes files such as Mars.surface_complex_refr_index_field.xml, Mars.z_surface.xml, and the related atmospheric profile data). The documentation indicates that these datasets were provided by Hartogh & Rezac (MPI) as part of an ESA Planetary Study, with further details described in "TechnicalNote2." Unfortunately, I have been unable to access this document.
Could anyone please clarify the official source of this data or advise on how I might obtain TechnicalNote2?
Thank you very much for your assistance!
