Command-clicking the grammar selector should open the package's settings

Atom has some settings configurable at the grammar-specific level, and almost every language package has settings specific to that language. Changing the settings of the grammar you're currently using requires opening the Settings View, selecting the Packages tab (and waiting for it to load), hunting down the package (hopefully it has an obvious name), and opening its settings view.

Instead, command-clicking (or meta-clicking or control-clicking on non-mac) the current grammar's name in the status bar could directly open the settings view of the package currently providing the grammar.
