Add a dropdown to group the regions by product.

Once we add all the products in the header will overflow the page. We should group the regions together in a dropdown by app.

2. Assessments (when added)
3. Search
4. Socialize

Regions for prod:

1. US
2. Sydney
3. Dublin
4. Montreal

Regions for the dev panel:

1. Dev
2. Beta
