NPTH holes are not properly punched through when colliding with copper #47

Probably because the pad gets filtered in some stage as electrically irelevant, even though it obviously should make a hole in the copper geometry.

Now, this is actually not that important, since real world designs are unlikely to specify a hole into a copper geometry (the picture was generated by not doing a copper pour fill after adding the hole). But, it would be nice if padne matched what KiCad things the geometry should look like.
