MCUX toolkit 2.0.10 warnings during installation and failing to run

Hi, just wondering whether someone could tell me what is happening here. I am trying to install the media central ux toolkit but so far i have not managed to get it working. I am following the steps @ https://developer.avid.com/mcux_ui_plugin/introduction/doc/development_npmjs/development_npmjs.html

The toolkit appears to be installed with some warnings but when trying to fire up the tool "cloudux-starter-kit" i am getting an error: cloudux-starter-kit is not recognized as an internal or external command ...
