New Feature - dependency install

Hey team,

Thanks for the lambda deploy AWS action step, :)

I think it would be great to have an option to install dependencies and zip to s3 also for lambda if it makes sense for this implementation, i know from some engineers I work with they would like one step to install their python for example dependencies and zip in one go.
