Deployment guide feedback

I'm getting a general error trying to deploy the CloudFormation to AWS "Frankfurt" server. It's already deployed in "N. Virigina" (default?) but we want to move it to a server closer to our cloud solution.

The documentation links to a CloudFormation yaml thingy with the address:

But simply opening it i get the error:

I might not have the access to just preview the yaml like that, but it might also be a indicator that something is off.
