I've analyzed the Bedrock Engineer codebase to evaluate the feasibility of running it as a web app. Here's my assessment:

If you decide to pursue this conversion:

2. Develop a backend API for critical operations
3. Adapt the frontend to work with the API
4. Deploy as a cloud service (consider AWS Amplify)

Conclusion

While technically possible, converting Bedrock Engineer to a fully-featured web app would require significant architectural changes.
