User Guide - Hexagonal Grid for Wargames Table of Contents

Introduction The Hexagonal Grid utility is a specialized tool for wargames that allows you to:

Overlay hexagonal grids on maps Automatically detect terrain types Manage accessible and inaccessible areas Calculate neighborhoods for movement Save and load configurations

to detect type terrain and update some error from "IA" (???!!) detection:

to remove or exempt some hexagones: image

you can update th size of the hexagone, increase, decrease the numbers of lines and columns, remove and exempts selection of hexagone. you can move the numerical grid to overlay the map, and you can move the map with the numerical grid:

normal mode and edition mode image

suppression mode and we can't swim in the sea: image

i create a new mode about items or objets in the map to determine, bridge, village, town, railroard, roads, etc.. An exemple from railroad point on the map. image

A new mode to declare rivers and size about them image

a new mode to add a level for each hexagon. scale -2 to 5. image

2 new modes : first one road ways and coomunications. image

the second mode to deny access between 2 adjacents hexagons. image
