Audit scrolling behavior of Quickstart views using AJAX and exposed forms

Motivation

This issue is intended for us to:

• Monitor open Drupal core issues related to views using AJAX which automatically scroll to the top of the view content when a user interacts with an exposed form.
• Examine Quickstart views to determine which, if any, should feature this automatic scrolling behavior.

Background

In Drupal core 10.6.x and 11.x, a change was made to the scrolling behavior of views using AJAX:

• Modernize Drupal.ajaxCommands.scrollTop()

A follow-up Drupal core issue was opened related to this change:

• Views with exposed filter and ajax causes unexpected scroll position change

In Quickstart, we implemented our own temporary fix to revert the change:

• Closes #5449: Regression in scroll behavior of AJAX views with exposed filters #5453

Further changes to the scrolling behavior of AJAX views may be coming to Drupal core in the near future:

• Make Views AJAX scroll to top optional

• Update Quickstart views accordingly
