for reference, this is what it loads from the "active"
which should be completely impossible, as the card's default max gfx clock is in the 2500s
if i try to lower it, undervolt, or anything, it locks up the PC after 3 seconds.
yes, i can use LACT (with similar values) without issues. but somehow, this crashes the card.
