Disable EZKL Fee share

EZKL will stop active management of the AAVE and test pools on Balancer v2 and v3. Therefore, after they handed over control, we shall turn off fee share for them.

Should be a simple config change in https://github.com/BalancerMaxis/multisig-ops/blob/main/config/partner_fee_share.json

• either remove
• or set as INACTIVE

Timing of this change will be communicated beforehand. Fee run for 2026-02-12 should still have the EZKL config as ACTIVE

last fee change was right before last epoch, so i would argue that last fee run was still justified

just need not make sure next round their fee share is disabled

• Last fee update: Feb 10th
• Last epoch EZKL fee share was active: Feb 12th to Feb 26th
• Afterwards: EZKL disabled

With that, no payback necessary, correct?
