Screen scaling courses misalignment of qml and makie elements in opengl/makie-plots.jl example

When running the makie-plots example on a scaled screen there appears to a misalignment between the points added by qml and the lines added from julia. The misalignment does appear when removing the scaling. See the attached screen recording below:

I'm running Fedora 43 using the wayland version of Gnome 49.
