Better options for setting fees

Because currently, the platform allows you to set only a one-time fee, which is realized only at the point of sale. It comes into play whether it would be handy to implement more options. One such option, in addition to the normal platform sell fees, is whether regular royalties could be introduced for authors, which would behave in such a way that the owner of the work could set his wallet and a percentage that would apply to each next sale of his work to the author's wallet. If I didn't explain it well, an example is OpenSea, where they have something similar to this.

The royalty behavior would need to be implemented as an ASA wrapped in a smart contract where the smart contract can enforce royalties during transactions. I've not yet come up with a good way to do this

It's clear to me that this is not going to be one of the easier tasks from the list, but I hope you can come up with some elegant solution, because it would be absolutely stunning.
