[Bug]: Running create command in existing folder acts weird

Description

1.I'm in an existing folder - i don't need to create a whole new project
2. You can delete the path prompt value and it explodes with ■ TypeError [ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE]: The "paths[0]" argument must be of type string. Received undefined

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to project folder without base, and run base44 create it will recognize the name of the folder, but the path would still be with the path of the folder
