excuse there being like 50 commits, i dont know how to work github that much so im giving my best shot.

ALRIGHT
most of the stuff i wanted to do is done.
Help is still needed however, cuz i cant upload the new valentine flp cuz it's too big.
And also, i deleted the manifest.occ file (dont know is that is needed) to move it to the manifest folder, but the folder is locked, so i cant upload there.
I'll make a list of things of plans and things needed to do.

CHANGES:
Puts most of the stuff in the fl studio folder into their own folders and neatly organized. This includes the TORD RARS.
THINGS NEEDED TO ADD:
New Valentine FLP in the Valentine FLPS
New Valentine FLP samples. (Sunday's voice is in the SKY VOICES folder, so that's already done.)
THINGS I HAVE PLANNED ADDING IN THE FUTURE:
Soundfont List (with download links)
A note telling people that bbpanzu uses FL Studio 32 to make his flps, so most of his projects will have missing instruments in 64 bit versions. (I'll probably add this with the soundfont list)
Making different repos for the source code so you can download and compile on the go. (This one will be hard.)
