Discrepancies with Rimfactory revived

I can't help but see there are a lot of reports concerning your mod on Rimfactory revived github/workshop. Maybe you can get in touch with them so you can solve them together.

In my case. Rimfactory gizmos are unable to consider adaptive framework derived storages as full fledged storage and just work with the tile in front of them.

Some are reporting more concerning issues. Might be the same, might not.

"Adaptive Storage Framework derived storages" are just a normal vanilla Building_Storage subclass using the vanilla MaxItemsInCell functionality. The framework is 90% about rendering and UI. From what other users have been reporting it should be enough to flip a setting in rimfactory somewhere to have storages recognized correctly. If not, that really is something that should be fixed there. I'm assuming their mod doesn't work with vanilla shelves then too.

In any case, this means that cell.GetMaxItemsAllowedInCell(map), a vanilla method, returns correct results for each cell for any storage building using this framework as well as vanilla shelves. It probably would be helpful to make a pull request if you believe you're seeing an issue somewhere. I don't use rimfactory myself.

I must admit I haven't tried with a vanilla shelf. I'll do that.

I agree this might be on rimfactory side but the thing is someone reported removing your mod solves the isssues. You're not modifiying storages globaly in any way ?

I guess i'll do some more tests, including a freshier build as you suggested. I only need time for that.

The framework itself makes absolutely no automated changes other than the UI stuff to vanilla contents. The slider it has for stack count limits doesn't show up on vanilla shelves for that reason, for example
