OP_CHECKSIG / OP_CHECKDATASIG Opcodes require updates for MAY 15th HardFork

The following Signature Operations require a check to distinguish between
Schnorr / DER Signatures using the Secp256k1 curve. I've submitted a PR for this

My Schnorr branch already implements these changes and is in consensus on mainnet for about a month now. For whatever reason they never accepted / reviewed the PR. But you can use my schnorr branch on my fork
