The dependent versions of anndata and scipy are too old

When I import besca with a lot of packages, the dependend package version should support the newest version.
Such as, the anndata version 0.11+ changed the SparseCSRView class to new class; scipy.io.mmio.MMFile class has changed into C++ backend
Could you check the version relationship of the dependent packages?

You are absolutely right. Currently it is not clear how we will take care of besca and in which form we will keep it up-to-date. Therefore I can not promise you any updates soon. Sorry for this and thanks for your understanding

is it possible to list the pqckqge requirements in finer detail for the previous released version (either here in the issue or on stock exchange), as it is really a pickle to now to find all the relevant packages to get something that works. many thanks
