Reproduce all of the functionality implemented for GitLab (probably using the pygithub package)
Information about Travis-CI environment variables: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/environment-variables/. Can look to see if it's a PR, and if it has certain information to decide if re-curation checks should be applied
