Improve inspector experience

[bendtherules]

#1 addresses this using mcp-use/inspector

But it has few existing issues -

1. No Branding
2. No name for mcp server
3. Can't add custom chat llm endpoint

Need to fork and fix lib to do this. Or, use an alternate.
