Add mode for perfboard-aligned components?

Right now, components are aligned based on its position on the front panel (ie, the center of knobs). It might be helpful to add a mode to align components on pins to allow easy alignment on perfboard builds.

This can probably be done using an alignment_mode parameter on each component with either PANEL or PINS option.
