UCI option to control move output format

Options are UCI, Algebraic, ICCF.

Controls how PV is displayed in pretty-print mode, and how moves are printed on showpos screen.

For Algebraic notation, requires accessing the current position from the pretty printer callbacks. Should a currentPosition field be added to the search result struct?
