Validate URI for Serial Instance Electronic (PCC Sinopia Stage https://api.stage.sinopia.io/resource/02a4ee18-6812-4316-8460-4201df1c4bbe) received warnings and violations: test resulted in "Warning" due to bf:editionStatement, missing bf:seriesStatement, bf:digitalCharacteristic, and bf:pubFrequency

Interlingua Group decision:
bf:editionStatement – do not require, no warning
bf:seriesStatement – done as a relation ; no longer done as a direct property by LC but property is still in the ontology and still used in the PCC template; Vote: do not require, no warning
bf:digitalCharacteristic includes file type and encoding format: Leave in; best practice to add for ALL e-resources even though it is a more recent addition to cataloging practice
bf:pubFrequency : Retain; should be recorded for serials
