JAVA_HOME needs minor change

All instances of the JAVA_HOME variable (pardon my layman's understanding) must be replaced with a variable that begins with a lowercase letter under the manifests/utils file. Its causing errors as Puppet does not allow variables to begin with capital letters anymore. Simple quick fix, just reporting it anyway.

Can you migrate to orawls https://github.com/biemond/biemond-orawls this repo is stale for the last 2 years and orawls is totally refactored & works fine with puppet 4 and has a lot of more features.
