`vite build` in vite@5 seems to ignore inline source

Hi there, I hope you are well. I'm attempting to create a production bundle where I have an initial source inlined, but vite build ignores the inline-source processor for some reason.

I was able to reproduce this with minimal effort in StackBlitz

Hmm, this seems like it's vite's default behavior when scripts appear with type="module" in the html entrypoint. Even if you remove vite-plugin-inline-source and just replace that script tag with <script type="module">console.log('hello')</script>, it bundles it into the index.js file anyway.

Removing type="module" makes things work as expected, though that's not a real solution. I'm not sure if there's a way around this in vite currently

I did verify that the inline-source plugin is doing what you'd expect, but then vite goes through later and combined the newly inlined script with the main.js script.
