Extend features for the "connection manager"

Hi,
version 1.2 added groups to organize the list of hosts which is very nice. Here are a few ideas that came to my mind to improve on this:

• tree view with nested groups support and ability to collapse groups
• drag&drop feature to be able to easily organize hosts the way we like
• in the host configuration window, hide by default all "advanced" settings (like commands or jump hosts) to simply keep the host address, host port and the account to use to connect. An advanced tab or checkbox can be used to show the matching feature. This would make the connection window easier to understand for new user.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am actively working on this now. The upcoming pull requests will bring the requested connection manager improvements step by step, including nested and collapsible groups, easier drag-and-drop organization, and a simpler default connection form that keeps advanced settings out of the way until they are needed. I will keep this discussion updated as the changes land.

Implemented and merged in #97. The connection manager now supports search, favorites, collapsible groups, precise drag-and-drop ordering within and across groups, and confirmation before moving the final connection out of a group. Advanced connection settings remain tucked away by default. All checks passed before merge.

The Quick Connect window still feels "uncomfortable" to me. I'll open a new topic with some ideas (that might not be good but hopefully they may bring something interesting).
