CloseTabsToRight Options not Visible on Source Control Explorer Tab

Description

None of CloseTabsToRight menu options are visible on a Team Explorer - Source Control Explorer tab. You only see the standard "Close" & "Close All But This" options for closing tabs.

Steps to recreate

1. On the "View menu", click the "Team Explorer" menu item to open Team Explorer.
2. On Team Explorer, under Project click on the "Sourec Controler Button". This will open a SOurec Control Exploer Tab.
3. Right-click on the Source Control Explorer tab.
4. See missing contect menu items.

Current behavior

You only see the standard "Close" & "Close All But This" options for closing tabs.

Expected behavior

You should see all CloseTabsToRight menu items.

@elzik - Looking into this. I've noticed this behavior on a few other document types
