[Feature request]Add a field filter argument.

First, it's a helpful tool.
The real trouble what i faced was that some package's ```Description``` field takes a lot of space of my terminal, so i can't see package's name as much as possible.
Wish add some arguments like ```--no-field description``` to hide the ```Description``` field.
