Parsing extensions.xsd is missing (BCF 2.1) #25
Description
It seems that the parsing of the extensions.xsd file is missing in ProjectExtension/ExtensionSchema (when declared in project.bcfp) for BCF version 2.1. As a result, I'm unable to retrieve all the allowed values for TopicType, TopicStatus, and similar elements.
For example, I used this BCF sample: MaximumInformation.bcf
