Allow someone to do `try ssh cmd...`

Idea: Transparently install try on the remote server and run it there.

Neat idea! This isn't hard to do, but I'm quite disinclined to attempt to detect particular executables as command names.

The simplest thing is a try-ssh script, which shells over, installs a local try, and runs it. Not crazy hard to do (lots of prior art on self-installing executables). A must-have here is some kind of "feature test": we should know whether or not try will work before we start doing things. (Or very reliably communicate failure to install to the user).
