Feature request: web-based LinAge2 calculator

Hi, thank you for publishing this project! I found it via ChatGPT.

Would it be within the scope of the project to provide an easily accessibly LinAge2 calculator to the general public interested in estimating their biological age?

There are many PhenoAge calculators online, but I couldn't find a free LinAge2 calculator.

Let me look into adding it. Adding LinAge2 as a Python function in Biolearn is definitely possible. A web-based calculator for the public would be a separate project though.

It sounds like you're interested in tracking your biological age using blood test results. Beyond a LinAge2 calculator, I'm curious: what does your current workflow look like when you get blood work done? Do you manually calculate or track any other aging biomarkers over time (like PhenoAge), and if so, what's been the most frustrating part of that process?

Thanks! I've only been tracking PhenoAge, and it's not that frustrating to enter 9 biomarkers because https://www.longevity-tools.com autodetects the unit of measurement.

For the Bortz Blood Age, many more biomarkers are requested (somewhat tedious to type, though once a year I wouldn't mind), and the most important one isn't standard (Cystatin C), so I had to put in an interpolated placeholder value.

There are services like Kantesti that can scan PDFs, but that particular one seems quite dubious, so I didn't pay for it.

Update - clinical blood clock plan for Biolearn 1.0.0

Did a deep dive into clinical blood biomarker aging clocks - surveyed 21+ clocks across PubMed, GitHub repos, and review papers. Put together a plan to make clinical clocks first-class citizens in Biolearn.

The plan for 1.0.0 is 9 license-clear clocks - PhenoAge Clinical, PhenoAge Clinical NoCRP, KDM Biological Age, Homeostatic Dysregulation, Bortz Blood Age, CardioMetAge, 7-Biomarker Clock, GOLD BioAge, and Light BioAge. All would go through the standard ModelGallery API with a new GeoData.from_clinical_matrix() factory that handles unit conversion.

LinAge2 is in the roadmap but targeting 1.1.0 - need to clarify IP first since there are Gero PTE co-authors on the paper. Planning to do a patent search and reach out to the authors. LinAge v1 (the original from Nature Aging) would come along with it.

Still just a plan right now - code just getting started. Will update here as PRs start landing and close out when LinAge2 is added (assuming we get IP authorization).

@tredondo - the unit mismatch problem you mentioned is something we're specifically solving. Biomarker registry with auto-conversion so you can just load a CSV from your lab and run any clock.
