BitDataGrid: Add a programatic way to show detail in master detail grid

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

From my research it appears that the detail in a master detail data grid configuration can only be shown by clicking on the icon on the left of the grid.

Describe the solution you'd like

I am exploring an alternative to showing the detail by selecting the parent item anywhere on the row. To perform additional actions, I'll add an action button column.

I'd like to optionally hide the icon on the left and map the selected event to expand the detail.

I realize there might be some conflicts with other selection related events, but I thought I would ask.

The wiki explains that these are internal parameters, so that doesn't really help.
