Reload bug

Every time I /reload or load into a different zone (dungeon or any loading screen) the addon ''breaks'' so that the offset position of special resource (combo points for example) resets to its default position and only if I open the addons options and change ANYTHING it snaps to previously set offfset location. Also Alternate power bar options as width height offset x y would be nice. Thanks
