hide_spoilers - description prefix question

Hi
I have blur episodes artwork working great

I see I can also add the description prefix using --rating_key {rating_key} --summary_prefix "** SPOILERS **" but I dont see how I remove the prefix once watched? The file only documents:

#    * Watched (optional):
#        To remove the local asset episode artwork:
#            --rating_key {rating_key} --remove
#        To remove the uploaded episode artwork
#            --rating_key {rating_key} --remove --upload

Before I go ahead and enable this, I want to make sure it will be removed correctly
