Push this repo to npmjs.com and remove forked repo from npm.

In the npm.js is a packet called jade-html-loader, and other developers think that this npm packet linked to this repo. But actually it is not.

It linked to @markmarijnissen fork.
Actually npm package is outdated.

It is a bit confusing, becuase in package.json specified link to this repo.

@bline do you still maintain this project?
