Context

Good to have for testing:

• Add POST /utils/txs/evaluate – how many execution units for a transaction #306

I'm working on this in testgen-hs:

• feat: generate transactions, UTxO sets, and execution unit evaluations testgen-hs#2

I gave @ginnun a sample of the generator, and tomorrow I'll connect it to the Rust tests. There's some aarch64-linux work left to make a testgen-hs release for our tests.

And then I'll continue with more advanced Plutus scripts.

This will be resolved by:

• feat: generate random transactions for the eval endpoint #340.
